• HEALTHCARE: Braman Cancer Center ($300M)—State-of-the-art facility featuring custom precast concrete bands and Corian forms for a unique architectural finish; including 2 CT scans.
• HEALTHCARE: Micro-Hospital & ED ($100M+ value equivalent) 4-acre site development featuring a 4-story precast emergency department and a micro-hospital with 3 operating rooms delivered on an aggressive 18-month schedule.
• HEALTHCARE: New Patient Pavilion, Nuvance Health ($600M)—Management and coordination of a 750,000 SF healthcare facility development. Personally performed medical equipment planning, saving $750,000, and negotiated $5.5M in PCI savings.
