• DATA CENTER: “Cage” Rooms – Oversaw construction in various Lease Provider Data Centers throughout the USA and Latin America.
• DATA CENTER: Leased Data Centers – Managed 33MW Leased data centers, overseeing fit-out construction and deployment/activation of high-density racks.
• DATA CENTER: South Africa Data Centers – Project Manager for design/build COLO projects for Microsoft Azure Business Platform in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
• HEALTHCARE: Memorial Hospital – 19,000+ sf addition housing new emergency generators and fuel farm -$25M
• DATA CENTER: Data Center Campus – Forest City, NC – Oversaw completion of 500k sf data center and ancillary data storage building – $3B
• DATA CENTER: Data Center Campus – Altoona, IA – Oversaw completion of 500k sf data center – $2.5B
• DATA CENTER: Mega Data Center – Managed design/build teams’ Arch/Engr/General Contractor for a 500k sf server farm – $350M
