• LIFE SCIENCES / BIOPHARMA: $55M negotiated design-build facility expansion for Alcon; added a full floor of offices, cleanrooms, and an R&D facility.
• EDUCATION / HIGHER ED: $65M complex CMAR renovation at SMU; combined two adjacent dormitories while updating both, featuring a new connecting lobby and comprehensive ADA upgrades.
• LIFE SCIENCES / CLEANROOM: $9M negotiated cleanroom build-out leveraging existing laboratory space for an Alcon subsidiary.
• MUNICIPAL / CMAR: Multiple parks and recreation CMAR contracts for the City of Durham and City of Raleigh (including Dorothea Dix Park and downtown greenways), maintaining a 60% win rate on CMAR proposals.
• INDUSTRIAL / MANUFACTURING: Fast-tracked 7-story wood pellet manufacturing facility built in structural stages for Enviva; additionally managed the industrial conversion of an empty facility into an active manufacturing and distribution center.
• COMMERCIAL / PUBLIC BID: $4M design-build fire remediation and interior upfit of the 3rd floor of the Guilford County Administration building. Driven public hard-bid sector projects ranging from $400k to $34M, including the first public preschool in Wake County.
