• MULTIFAMILY: 12-acre, 3-building, 4-story (3/4 split), 120-unit ($30M) project in Raleigh, NC featuring a challenging 40-foot grade.
• STUDENT HOUSING: U Club Binghamton: 19 villa-style townhomes and one brownstone-style building (560 beds) with a 3,076-SF amenity and recreation core.
• STUDENT HOUSING: University of Toledo Honors Academic Village: 140,000-SF, 492-bed, 4-story Collegiate Gothic Type V wood-frame facility (LEED Silver).
• STUDENT HOUSING: Cleveland State University Euclid Commons (Phases I & II): $38M, 232,000-SF, 4-story wood-frame complex for 559 students with an attached 300-space parking garage (LEED Silver).
