I joined Scott Humphrey in April 2022 and now lead our Commercial and Multifamily Construction Recruitment efforts across the Mountain States and West Coast. My mission at Scott Humphrey is to connect top-tier talent with industry-leading companies, driving growth and innovation in the construction sector. Honestly, there’s no other industry I’d rather recruit for – every conversation is a goldmine of fun stories and interesting characters.

I graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with Bachelors degrees Marketing and Professional Sales. I currently work remotely which means I get to live my dream and travel the world extensively. My digital nomad lifestyle has truly enriched my perspective and fuels my passion for connecting diverse talent with our clients.

Real estate investing is my hobby – so much so that my husband and I recently bought a 16-acre property in Maine, near Acadia National Park. We’re turning it into a glamping site, which is our latest fun project. And here’s a quirky tidbit: I have an identical twin sister. So if you think you see me in two places at once, don’t worry, you’re not hallucinating!
