For over four years I’ve recruited senior field and project leadership in construction, with more than 62 placements for general contractors and developer/builders of every size, from ENR-ranked national firms to strong regional builders.

My favorite clients are the ones who want a true partner, not a vendor. At its heart, this is the art of matchmaking, and it only works when you go deep on both sides. So I get into what makes a company worth joining, its work, its culture, the things that set it apart, and just as deep with candidates, because a new role is one of the bigger transitions in a person’s life. The better I understand each side, the sharper the fit.

My approach is proactive and built on relationships. I stay close to the best people in the industry, understand what it would take to move them, and keep in touch over time, so when the right role comes up I already know who it’s for. And I’m not here just to fill a seat; I’m here to help people navigate the transition, get clear on what they want next, and make the move that’s right for them. I lead with listening, because careers and companies are personal.
