Originally from Texas and now based in Chicago, I bring both southern grit and midwestern drive to everything I do. My background in recruitment taught me how to listen deeply, execute quickly, and adapt solutions that match the fast-moving demands of the construction and real estate sectors. Now, as a commercial leader, I apply that same mindset to driving operational excellence and meaningful growth across every client interaction.
